You’ve got an extra 10 minutes, it’s time to get your fitness on! This is a short list of power packed favorites that will target the largest muscle groups in your body to burn calories and build some muscle while you work!!!

1.) Take the stairs 2 at a time!
2.) Wall sit for 2 minutes. (Back against the wall in a seated position)
3.) Pushups
4.) Sit and Stand from your desk chair 20 times
5.) Plank on your elbows 1 minute
6.) Heel raises. (up on your toes 40-50 times)
7.) High plank on your hands and toes (draw the opposite knee to the opposite elbow alternating sides for a minute.)
8.) Lie on your back with your heels on a chair. Lift your hips up and down for 25 reps.
9.) Repeat pushups
10.) Lie on your back, eyes closed, and breathe in through your nose, and out through your mouth slowly.

Repeat or get back to work!!!
